Being straight about it
Maintenance is a different question.
Most of my work now is project work — hardscaping, design, and material installation. Recurring maintenance is handled case by case, and usually for yards I've built, where I already know what's in the ground.
So if you're out toward Corrales or the South Valley and what you need is someone every two weeks, I'm probably not your answer, and I'd rather tell you that here than after you've waited on a callback. One-time cleanups are a different matter — those I'll travel for.
