Service-specific questions live on each service page. These are the ones that come up regardless of what you're having done.
- What areas do you serve?
- The Albuquerque metro, including Rio Rancho, Corrales, the Westside and Ventana Ranch, the North and South Valleys, and Los Ranchos. Dedicated pages exist for Albuquerque and Northeast Heights so far, with more coming as completed projects anchor them — the full list is on the service areas page.
- Is the estimate actually free?
- Yes. The walk-through and the written itemized scope both cost nothing, whether or not you go ahead with the work.
- Do you offer routine lawn or yard maintenance?
- Case by case, mostly for yards already built here — it's positioned as upkeep, not a standing maintenance contract. The main focus is project work — hardscaping, design, and material installation. One-time cleanups are always available; see the cleanups page.
- Are you licensed and insured?
- Licensing is in progress with New Mexico's Construction Industries Division. Neither a license nor an insurance claim is published here until it's real — that's deliberate, not an oversight.
- Is there a warranty on the work?
- No formal warranty. What stands behind a job is the written itemized scope agreed to before work starts and a same-day reply if something needs a second look.
- Do you provide design drawings or 3D renders?
- No. Design here means a walk-through where we work out the layout together, followed by a written itemized scope covering what goes where and what it costs. That scope is the plan — there's no drawing set, and it would be misleading to imply one.
- What are your hours?
- Work happens by appointment rather than posted hours, which keeps scheduling flexible around real project work. The reliable part is the reply — same day, every time.
